For estate agencies
An enquiry comes in on Saturday night. Who replies?
Buyers, sellers and tenants enquire at weekends and after hours, then deal with whoever answers first. WSD builds an assistant that replies straight away, asks the right qualifying questions and moves the viewing forward.
Where estate agents lose work.
- 01
Evenings and weekends
This is when many property enquiries start. A reply on Monday morning is a reply after the competition.
- 02
Qualifying takes time
Budget, timeline, property type. An assistant can gather it before you pick up the phone.
- 03
Follow-up depends on memory
Staying in touch with people who viewed or enquired often depends on someone remembering. It should not.
Three systems, built to work together.
- 01
Instant replies
Every enquiry gets an immediate, polite answer in your agency’s voice, with a hand-off to a person for anything sensitive. On the channels your tools allow.
- 02
Lead qualification
The assistant collects the details you would ask for anyway and gives your agent a short summary: who is asking, what they want and how ready they are.
- 03
Viewing coordination
Qualified leads are offered viewing times, and the booking lands in the agent’s calendar where your tools allow it.
Questions
It is set up to give general information and move the enquiry along, not to negotiate or give advice. Anything sensitive is handed to a person. You decide where that line sits.
No. It covers after-hours and repetitive questions so your team can focus on the clients in front of them.
That depends on what you use, such as your website form, WhatsApp, email and calendar, and on the access they allow. We confirm what can be connected before we build anything.
The AI automation build is R9,500 once-off, with a founding rate of R7,500 for the first three property businesses. AI running costs, such as model usage, are separate and disclosed up front (typically about R100 to R300 a month). Ongoing support starts from R1,500 a month.
